Easy Recipe: Vegetarian Chocolate Fudge

Seems incredibly simple and looks and tastes yummy.

1.5 cups chocolate chips, I used Nestle chocolate, the one for kids' drinks.
  • 1.5 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • Dash salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Chop or pound walnuts into smallish chunks.
    In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt.
    Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla.
    Line pans with waxed paper.
    Spread evenly into wax-paper-lined pans.
    Place in fridge for two hours or until firm. Cut in slabs or squares.
